I heard that human baby tend to see the face rather than objects while chimpangy's baby tends to see objects. The study shows that the human learns from the facial expression connecting with what is happening. I do same thing at the company. I see my coleage's facial expression when I talk about the work. I can understand whether he agrees or disagree with my ideas. It is important to smooth communication with work partners. The facial expression is necessary means for good relationship.
