When I cook boiled dish in a big pan, I have it for about 3 days. It is good because I don’t have to wash the pan every time after finishing a meal. I can do it during the winter because the food keeps good in a low temperature kitchen. If it became warmer, I have to keep the food in a refrigerator. I like to make a stew during the winter. I stew vegetables, beans, fish, and sometimes meat. I think it is easier to make a stew than to make a Chinese dish because most Chinese dish requires high temperature. However, I like Chinese dish because of its rich spices. I like red peppers, herb medicine and nuts. Cooking and eating are the most favorite thing in the winter.
